Prepare for High School XC

Our core mission revolves around readying young runners for the challenges of high school cross country. In our program, athletes engage in USATF races structured across two-year intervals: 8 and Under runners cover 2 kilometers, while 9-10 and 11-12-year-olds tackle 3 kilometers, and 13-14-year-olds extend to 4 kilometers. This gradual progression effectively primes them for the eventual 5K distances they’ll face in high school competitions.

The success of our youth program is evident in the seamless transition many of our athletes make to the high school level. Equipped with invaluable racing knowledge, adept pacing skills, and a solid foundation in training principles such as intervals, tempo runs, and long-distance efforts, they confidently enter their high school programs, poised for achievement.
